What we collect
When you sign in we collect your email address. When you apply for a job we collect your name, mobile number, your CV, an optional short message, and your answers to the employer’s screening questions. We read your CV once to draft your profile, which you can edit. When you post a job we collect your company name, work email, optional UEN and phone number, and the listing itself. We never collect NRIC numbers or Singpass details.
How we use it
Application details are shared only with the verified employer of the listing you applied to, so they can contact you. We send you status updates if you gave an email. Employer details are used to verify the company, run the listing and send applicant notifications. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
CVs and applications are kept for 12 months, then deleted. You can replace your CV or ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@workjio.com and we respond within 10 working days.
