As an Account Support Manager, you will support a global customer account and help ensure their KPIs and visibility requirements are met. You will act as a control tower by tracking shipment milestones and proactively reporting updates to the customer and internal stakeholders. You will prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate and timely data, and use tools such as Excel and Power BI to support decision-making. You will handle special requests such as freight bill auditing and project cargo requests. You will work closely with account managers and origin/destination teams to improve processes and achieve required lead times.
