Provide administrative support to the MICE Integrated Services Team for Sales and MICE teams. Handle pre-sales, contracts management and post-sales processes, including responding to business leads by email or phone and maintaining accurate customer records. Prepare contracts, proforma invoices and booking recaps, and distribute Banquet Event Order summaries. Track inventory of supplies and premiums, and support learning and talent development administration such as training enrolment and recertification tracking. Perform other related duties as assigned and maintain confidentiality of all materials.
