You will handle air export shipment bookings and provide good customer service to both internal and external customers. Duties include answering incoming calls, attending to enquiries, and giving quotes for freight charges by email. You will enter shipment data into ETMS accurately and on time, and follow pharmaceutical and healthcare handling rules under GDP/GDPMDS. You will monitor shipment uplift and transit, share flight details and freight status, and highlight delays or offloading to shippers and destination offices. You will also handle customer complaints promptly, maintain customer SOPs, build good rapport with customers, and prepare reports as required.
