When
You will support the Supervisor to drive growth of products and services within the district and work with the network. You will handle daily customer service operations for assigned customer accounts, including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing and filing. You will manage customer feedback, requests and complaints, escalating them to your superior when needed. You will also ensure inventory records in systems are accurate, compile data for key performance indicators, and maintain a current procedures manual and proper order/account paperwork. You may take on additional tasks as required by the department.
