When
You will turn fuzzy problems about how people make financial decisions into working prototypes and shipped products. You will talk to customers, advisors and internal teams to find where journeys break down and frame one-line problem statements. You will take loosely defined problems and build prototypes on your own, then ship code to production using AI agents and GitHub. You will decide user-facing details such as copy, defaults and steps, and put work in front of real users within days. You will agree success metrics before shipping and use evidence to decide whether to double down or kill a build. This is a mid-to-senior individual contributor role in a small team alongside an engineering partner.
