Drive the strategic direction, development and implementation of plans for GovTech’s Government Digital Transformation group. Translate senior leadership visions into actionable roadmaps for nationwide digital transformation. Lead and coordinate nation-scale programmes such as CIO Teams of the Future and Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan. Build cross-government collaboration frameworks and facilitate planning sessions with agencies. Define success metrics through OKRs, develop workforce transformation strategies and mentor managers and senior managers. Engage senior digital leaders, including Cluster Directors and CIOs, to secure buy-in for cross-agency initiatives.
