Lead the software engineering capability for digital products and platforms that improve staff productivity, workflow efficiency and employee experience. Provide hands-on technical leadership across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations, automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Manage and mentor software engineers, set engineering standards and ensure solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable. Work with Product Managers, Solution Architects, security, operations and business stakeholders to translate needs into practical technical solutions. Oversee delivery, troubleshoot complex issues and guide the responsible use of AI-enabled services.
