When
You will work across the Training, Performance Standards, and Crew Performance & Engagement teams to turn performance, training and engagement data into targeted development action. You will analyse performance check reports, training evaluations and engagement data to identify trends, strengths and competency gaps, and translate these into clear recommendations. You will design development interventions such as coaching, stretch assignments and mentoring, and monitor their effectiveness. You will partner with the Performance Standards Specialist team to review assessment criteria and raise crew performance standards. You will also help identify high-potential cabin crew and propose structured progression pathways for future leaders.
