When
Assist in running the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff discipline, training and grooming standards. Check reservations and VIP arrangements, inspect service stations and table set-ups, and monitor lighting and audio levels. Ensure all areas are clean and that hygiene and safety procedures are followed. Help with scheduling, record keeping, reports, inventory and cashiering controls. Build good relationships with guests, respond to feedback and complaints promptly, and maintain a professional image at all times. Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
