You will lead the restaurant floor at Jiang-Nan Chun, delivering refined Cantonese dining experiences through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Working with the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations including service planning, team deployment and inventory management. You will also look for ways to improve the guest journey and support revenue through menu recommendations and cost efficiency.
