Act as the Owner's Representative for large-scale, complex construction and infrastructure programmes. Lead and coordinate contractors, nominated subcontractors, consultants, authorities, operators and other stakeholders across the project lifecycle. Set up programme governance, reporting and decision-making processes, and manage interfaces to reduce disruption and resolve conflicts. Oversee delivery from construction through testing, commissioning, handover and the Defects Liability Period. Provide commercial oversight including contract administration, claims, variations, cost control and risk mitigation. Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
