Associate (Project Manager)

About the role

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and completion of conveyance infrastructure projects. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and resource plans, and manage risks, issues and change control. Coordinate engineering, design and construction teams, review designs and ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Manage clients, consultants, contractors and authorities, including meetings, reports and stakeholder expectations. Administer contracts and procurement, review contractor performance, claims, variations and payments, and monitor costs. Oversee construction activities, site inspections, safety, quality, commissioning and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical or environmental engineering, construction management or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, utility, water/wastewater, pipeline or conveyance-related projects
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of engineering design, construction and project delivery processes
• Project planning and scheduling skills, such as Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
