Support daily operations at Mandai Wildlife Reserve's attractions, including queue and crowd management, cleanliness and show quality. Deliver excellent guest experiences by handling feedback on the ground and closing service gaps. Follow safety regulations, quality standards and company policies. Handle ticketing and cash, help with event logistics setup and teardown, and clear used dining items from guest areas on event days. Facilitate party activities and games, and conduct interactive storytelling sessions. Carry out other duties as assigned.
