Prepare and serve beverages to the quality standards set out in the operations manual. Keep the bar, equipment and outlet clean and fully operational at all times. Build and maintain good relationships with guests, including maintaining the customer database. Follow all health, safety, hygiene, licensing and security regulations, and know the fire and emergency procedures. Attend daily briefings and bi-weekly bar team meetings, and report guest complaints promptly. Help monitor and reduce beverage cost and waste while keeping a five-star standard.
