When
You will manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing, inventory checks, and keeping the bar clean and well stocked. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to guests' orders and operational standards, and propose new beverages when needed. You will also handle inventory records, storage and labelling, and look for ways to increase sales through upselling. Working closely with the service and kitchen teams, you will deliver warm, guest-focused service and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and readiness.
