Lead the boutique to achieve sales targets through strategic clienteling, private appointments and building long-term relationships with VIPs and business partners. Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, coaching them to deliver a personalised and elevated client experience. Plan and run local activations and exclusive events to grow the client base and strengthen brand desirability. Oversee daily boutique operations including visual merchandising, inventory integrity, CRM discipline, security and compliance. Analyse business data and report on KPIs to the regional office to improve performance.
