Conduct pre- and post-bunker surveys onboard vessels and at shore terminals. Measure fuel quantities using ullage, temperature, density and other appropriate methods, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as ISO 22192:2021. Prepare and issue bunker survey reports and documentation, and act as an independent verifier during fuel delivery. Investigate and resolve quantity discrepancies or disputes, liaising with vessel crew, suppliers and port authorities. Maintain surveying equipment and comply with HSSE standards during site visits.
