Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions, and provide accurate information about RHB's products and services. Support the implementation of customer service initiatives and maintain high service quality in line with retail banking guidelines. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex or sensitive issues to a supervisor. Help with daily branch operations, including verifying customer identification, handling cash deposits, withdrawals and reconciliations, account opening, and keeping accurate records. Work with internal teams and branch staff to address customer needs, improve service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
