Drive merchant acquisition and business development for ShopBack Pay by identifying and engaging new merchant segments in under-penetrated categories. Own the full cycle from first outreach through to closing, onboarding and scaling merchants across categories. Develop commercial strategies, playbooks and go-to-market plans, and solve merchant-specific problems with creative commercial solutions. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market dynamics. Work with product, commercial, marketing, legal and finance teams to translate field learnings into go-to-market strategies and manage projects end-to-end.
