Execute and maintain the bank's Business Resilience programme, covering business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, technology and third-party resilience. Coordinate business impact analyses, recovery strategies, scenario testing and crisis exercises. Work with business, technology, risk, finance and external partners to strengthen the bank's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. Support governance, regulatory reporting such as MAS submissions, audits and resilience awareness training. Review continuity plans and third-party arrangements to identify gaps and track remediation actions.
