Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring positive and memorable interactions. Take orders, recommend menu specialties, and upsell current and upcoming promotions. Check bill accuracy before presenting to guests, and operate POS systems for card and cash transactions. Balance cash floats at the start and end of each shift, set up tables and service areas according to SOP, and attend to guest inquiries and feedback. Assist with beverage preparation, support daily kitchen operations, and help with take-away packing and delivery platform orders. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards and ensure amenities and utensils are properly stocked.
