When
Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant and attend to their needs. Perform food and beverage service duties according to the restaurant's service standards while keeping to all hygiene rules. Use the Point-Of-Sale system to generate bills and ensure billing is accurate. Learn stock-taking and procurement processes, and observe how the bar, kitchen and service teams work. Assist the Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant and follow all company and statutory health, safety and licensing rules.
