When
You will be the face of the boutique, welcoming customers and guiding them through the full sales process. You will work to meet monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs, and support the boutique in hitting its overall goals. You will build and manage a client portfolio, follow up on leads, and use CRM initiatives to grow relationships. You will also handle daily boutique operations such as opening and closing, inventory, and repairs, while keeping the store presentable. Product knowledge and brand training are part of the role.
