Develop and execute cluster event sales strategies, budgets, forecasts and pricing to grow revenue and market share. Oversee high-level negotiations and maintain relationships with planners, agencies, corporates and wedding specialists. Ensure seamless event execution, uphold luxury service standards, and personally oversee VIP and complex events.
