Support the resort's marketing communications plan across advertising, public relations, partnerships and the brand website. Help plan and run social media content and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms. Create photo and video content, including reels, YouTube videos and promotional materials, and edit them for different channels. Coordinate media and influencer stays, maintain databases, track publicity, and prepare performance reports. Handle marketing admin such as purchase requests, quotations, invoices and budget tracking. Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver content and collateral on time.
