About the role

You will prepare and cook food according to hotel recipes and presentation standards. You will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring mise en place is ready and portion control is followed. You will maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and FSMS. You will also assist with banquet, event and off-site catering when required, and help minimise food wastage through proper stock rotation.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant
Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Basic English communication skills preferred
