Manage the full planning and coordination of conferences, meetings and events at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, prepare Banquet Event Orders and conduct planning meetings and site inspections. Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless event execution. Be present during events to anticipate needs, resolve issues and manage last-minute changes. Follow up with clients after events, gather feedback and maintain accurate event records.
