Oversee all on-site construction activities for a new data centre build in Singapore's West Area. Manage daily site logistics, including traffic flow, crane positioning, and storage for structural steel and precast panels. Supervise structural sequencing such as deep foundations, ERSS, mass concrete pours, and precast installation. Lead coordination between civil and MEP teams to ensure clear routes for utilities, cable trays, and piping. Enforce workplace safety and health under MOM regulations for high-risk activities like heavy lifting, working at heights, and confined space entry. Conduct QA/QC inspections, defect management, and coordinate RI/QP site inspections.
