About the role
This role owns the post-sale operational relationship for a portfolio of Money Movement clients, acting as the main Client Success contact for Visa Direct and related solutions. You will work with financial institutions, fintechs and payment service providers across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, partnering with Account Executives, Product, Implementation, Risk and Operations teams. It suits someone with payments industry knowledge who enjoys consultative client work and driving programme performance.
What you'll do
Own the post-sale operational relationship for a portfolio of Money Movement clients as the primary Client Success contact.
Lead client onboarding and implementation by coordinating client and Visa stakeholders for new corridors, use cases, payment endpoints and value-added capabilities.

Develop and execute Client Success Plans supporting growth objectives, transaction volume expansion, geographic scaling and product adoption.
Monitor and optimise programme performance, including approval rates, processing success, service availability, funding performance and payout completion.
Provide consultative guidance on money movement best practices such as sender and beneficiary experience, corridor expansion, operational controls, settlement and scalability.
Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and aligning operational priorities with business objectives.
Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Network and Operations teams to resolve complex operational issues and support new solution adoption.
Drive client readiness for new capabilities, regulatory changes, Visa Business Enhancements and network initiatives through training, workshops, webinars and communications.
Identify growth and optimisation opportunities by analysing transaction trends, adoption patterns and performance metrics, and work with account teams on expansion.
Lead periodic business and operational reviews, providing insights, performance dashboards and recommendations.
Support incident management and escalations for critical client-impacting events, coordinating cross-functional response and ensuring timely communication.
Promote adoption of self-service tools, reporting capabilities, APIs and operational resources to improve client efficiency and self-sufficiency.
Stay current on digital payments and money movement trends, including cross-border and real-time payments, fintech innovations, wallets and account-to-account ecosystems.
Good to know
At least 3 days in office per week, confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
Digital fluency required, including working with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
Requirements
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD
Experience analysing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations
Experience using standard Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience representing technical and/or business issues and solutions to influence audiences at multiple levels
Experience communicating complex technical terms or processes in business language tailored to clients
Experience building client relationships and trust-based relations
