Answer phone calls, emails and live chat enquiries about the wildlife parks and precinct, providing accurate and helpful information. Raise forms for approval and process exceptional revalidation requests. Handle lost and found items, including bookkeeping, arranging collections and updating records. Support members with portal access, timeslot bookings and other membership queries. Maintain high service standards in all guest interactions.
