You will partner with senior leaders across Risk, Partnerships and Operations in APAC to understand hiring priorities and develop recruiting strategies. You will own full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff. You will advise hiring teams on APAC talent-market conditions, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines for specialised and senior roles. You will use recruiting data to track progress, manage risks, and improve hiring processes. You will also work with cross-functional teams such as Comp, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a smooth offer and onboarding experience.
