Customer Experience Officer (1-year contract)

About the role

You will be the main point of contact for customers at our retail branches, helping walk-in customers with Singapore Pools' offerings and delivering a great customer experience. You will also guide customers to adopt our digital services and support campaign awareness activities, such as educational campaigns on horse wagering or outlet closure notices. In addition, you may support divisional or corporate initiatives like anti-scam awareness and eKYC maker duties during peak periods. You should be comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Minimally O Level/A Level/Diploma certification
• Professional experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service-related roles
• Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Independent and a team-player with customer-oriented mindset
