Handle daily complaint operations in a high-volume environment, including case creation, acknowledgement, investigation, escalation and closure. Review complex or escalated complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions. Identify root causes, route cases to relevant teams, and work with stakeholders to improve processes and prevent recurrence.
