Customer Service Assistant

About the role

You will develop and maintain professional customer relationships and support account management and transaction processing. You will liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations and service standards are met. You will respond to customer queries and resolve issues according to customer agreements and relevant processes. This is an operational support role that follows established procedures for routine to semi-routine tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an operational process
• Some prior experience and/or vocational or technical training
• Entitled to work in Singapore
• Willing to undergo pre-employment checks including criminal history check and medical
