You will develop and maintain professional customer relationships and support account management and transaction processing. You will provide product and technical support for customer transactions, feedback and other requests. You will liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards. You will respond to customer queries and resolve issues according to customer agreements and relevant processes.
