When
Attend to customer enquiries in a professional manner and provide responsive, meticulous support to ensure customer satisfaction. Respond to client technical and service queries, and investigate and resolve complaints by evaluating findings and updating supervisors, management and customers promptly. Process specimens received from the courier team and customers, and enter patient demographics and lab test orders accurately into the Laboratory Information System. Communicate specimen and request form issues to the Laboratory Manager, and follow procedures for sample centrifugation, storage, retrieval and disposal. Adhere to PDPA guidelines and chain of custody requirements when handling specimens containing personal data. You may be rotated to other lab locations or shifts as needed.
