You will own customer enquiries from start to finish, acting as the single point of contact until the issue is resolved. You will support high-volume Consumer and Business customers by email and live channels, handling complex issues with empathy and clear communication. You will work with teams such as KYC and Financial Crime while keeping customers informed and reducing friction. You will focus on retention, de-escalate negative sentiment, and share feedback to improve processes.
