When
You will develop new product parts, assemblies and design solutions that meet requirements for function, performance, reliability, safety, quality, cost and timing. You will define clear design requirements, generate and evaluate concepts, and apply design for manufacture and assembly principles. You will create and review 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, tolerance stacks and engineering documentation, and build prototypes and test samples. You will analyse test results and failures to find root causes and corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior engineers, manufacturing, quality and suppliers. You will also participate in design reviews and communicate risks and recommendations clearly.
