Supervise and support delivery drivers, monitor fleet performance, and manage daily outbound parcel handover. Plan and allocate routes, ensure sufficient resources, and maintain driver discipline and attendance. Help drivers return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash-on-delivery amounts. Investigate driver misconduct, handle parcel exceptions, troubleshoot app issues, and keep the warehouse clean and orderly. Ensure drivers comply with safety standards and procedures, and take on other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
