Liaise with drivers and clients to ensure deliveries are scheduled and shipments are tracked according to client requirements. Coordinate with the driver operations team to arrange logistics personnel, such as truck drivers, based on availability and project needs. Prepare end-of-day reports and invoices for clients and the local team when required. Arrange same-day deliveries for events and projects, attend to client requests, and assist with claims for additional charges. Help with sorting and packing when necessary.
