Provide service at client sites according to the service agreement. Perform technical advice, system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, piping and repair work. Lead and manage subordinates to complete jobs safely, on time and within budget. Carry out daily task planning, housekeeping, client updates and on-the-job training for technicians. Prepare service reports, attend meetings and manage manpower coverage across assigned sites. Be on call 24/7 to respond to emergency cases.
