About the role

Support the Events Assistant Manager for the SEA market in coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution of events across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Source and coordinate with third parties such as agencies, venues and vendors. Provide logistical and operational support for events, and develop and maintain detailed event action plans. Handle administrative tasks including invoice processing via SAP, expense tracking and management. Support on-site event execution and manage ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

First experience in the retail industry in marketing or communications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly adaptable with an agile mindset
Able to work autonomously, proactively and solution oriented
Able to build strong collaboration cross-department and with different stakeholders
