Serve as a technical resource for environmental management and monitoring plans (EMMP), environmental baseline surveys (EBS) and environmental impact assessments (EIA). Design, develop and update EMMP technical specifications for terrestrial environments in line with regulatory requirements and project goals. Plan and conduct field monitoring for soil, vegetation, wildlife, habitat, water quality, air quality and noise. Analyse monitoring data, verify reporting, and recommend mitigation measures to reduce environmental impacts. Liaise with regulators, contractors and stakeholders, prepare environmental performance reports, and contribute to adaptive management. Support cost estimates and budgets for EMMP, EBS and EIA projects.
