Perform loan disbursements, repayments, rollovers, redemptions and fee collection accurately and within turnaround times. Respond to Business Units' requests and enquiries promptly. Work with the Team Lead and Business Units to resolve BAU issues and improve cooperation. Support process digitalisation, automation initiatives, bank-wide projects and system testing. Ensure SLA/TAT targets are met while maintaining speed and accuracy, and help identify operational risks and implement controls in line with policies and regulations.
