Handle daily loan operations including disbursements, repayments, rollovers, redemptions and fee collections for bilateral and syndication deals. Monitor and sweep funds from special-purpose accounts such as DSRA and operating accounts, and track scheduled repayments. Perform GL reconciliations and resolve outages within agreed turnaround times. Support process improvements, automation and digitalisation initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. Work with Business Units and the Team Lead to resolve operational issues and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
