You will support daily operations and work with cross-functional teams on system integration projects. You will assist the Manager in contract negotiations, vendor management, and budget and schedule control for company resources. You will develop and communicate internal and external policies to stakeholders, and prepare annual business plans to meet milestones and objectives. You will also maintain ties with external parties such as government agencies and key decision-makers, and ensure business continuity plans and work instructions are up to date. Additionally, you will prepare functional specifications for new systems, review existing systems for technology refresh, and explore emerging technologies for integration while complying with SMRT IT standards.
