Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression at an immersive exhibition. Engage visitors using positive language and storytelling, explain what to expect, and guide them through the experience. Support ticket scanning, entry control, queue management and time-slot flow to prevent overcrowding. Guide guests safely between zones, follow emergency procedures, and conduct basic pre-opening and between-session checks. Help maintain cleanliness and order within assigned zones between guest groups.
