You will support the service team at Spago by keeping the food and drinks menu knowledge up to date. You will make sure work areas are clean and follow the cleaning schedule. You will complete mise en place before service and keep it topped up. You will polish cutlery, crockery, copper and silverware, set up the chef's table and maintain the coffee area. You will carry trays and deliver food to guests promptly and efficiently.
