Provide fast, friendly and efficient service to guests at the cashier area of the restaurant. Process cash, comp, coupon and credit card transactions accurately, and enter sales and payment details into the POS system. Account for guest checks, prepare daily cash remittance reports and balance the cash float at the start and end of each shift. Keep the work area clean, follow grooming and attendance guidelines, and communicate any guest issues to the manager on duty.
